Fonfrège began as a leather bags and accessories brand. We continue to design, develop, and retail our own accessories made in Italy and elsewhere in the world. We also carry select merchandise we curate directly from artisans we believe in. We curate all of our vintage and antique pieces, including books, jewelry, and decorative objects.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return any item, but you must first contact us at email@example.com. Please note that vintage items including: jewelry, art, sculpture, home décor, and books can only be exchanged for an item of equal value or store credit.
Unfortunately, new orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once an item has been purchased it cannot be cancelled or modified. You will need to follow our Returns instructions, found here
An item is in stock if you are able to add it to your shopping bag. However items in your cart are not reserved. Once you begin the checkout process, all items in your shopping bag are on hold for 5 minutes. This allows sufficient time to complete the checkout process. Some items will be available on backorder, but vintage items by their very nature, are usually one-of-a-kind and once sold, will not come back in stock.
We design and manufacture all of our bags and accessories, apparel, and shoes. We have special relationships with artisans around the globe. We personally curate all of our fine art, antique and vintage items from private estates and galleries.
To ensure the best quality service and product availability, you may not order more than two (2) items of the same SKU number within a period of thirty (30) calendar days. Additional restrictions may apply to certain products or classes of products such as certain home goods and vintage items. If you wish to purchase more products than permitted, please contact customer service.
Prices displayed on the site are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value plus shipping charges. Details to these costs will be displayed on the order summary page.
All apparel, shoes, bags and accessories ship throughout the world and the continental United States. Certain home décor, art, and antiques are subject to shipping restrictions for reason of size and/or value. Please read the product page for details about item shipment.
Fonfrège offers free shipping on initial orders of $200 or more, however this does not apply to art, sculpture, and some home décor. For details, please check the shipping information on the item page.Shipping on orders less than $200 will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to returns and exchanges.
All purchases made within the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS. All purchases made within European Union will be shipped via DHL.
Some items cannot be shipped internationally because of their value or fragility.
We ship books via a standard book rate of $USD 7.00.
Unless otherwise specified, we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. Please note that most orders will require a signature upon delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver to your address 3 times. Fonfrège is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Customers can select to “ship with no signature required” at checkout.
Should you waive signature upon delivery, neither UPS nor Fonfrège can be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door.
Please note that any item with a value of $200 or more will require a signature.
Very occasionally UPS experiences shipping delays. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges in these circumstances as UPS does not refund these charges to us.
Orders are processed in the order they were received. Orders placed after 5:00 P.M. (PST) will be shipped the next business day. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS; international orders are shipped via DHL.
Once we receive your order, you will be able to track the shipment as it is process, packed, and shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delivery time takes approximately 3-7 business days. Most product ships from the United States.
Note, our warehouse is closed during weekends, bank and national holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
First, make sure that the item is in fact returnable. The item cannot be worn or used. Candles are not returnable once the packaging has been opened.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item.
Please include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted.
Fonfrège is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We encourage you to pack and reseal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend using UPS or FedEx and insuring the item for its full value.
Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to ensure it is not damaged or has been used to any extent that will prohibit it from being resold. If the item passes inspection, the return will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with either your online store credit information or an order confirmation for the item you requested in exchange.
Our account holders earn points with every purchase (except with sale items) and are able to manage a wishlist, which we monitor so we can determine what products to produce or buy. We also notify account holders in advance of regular customers about new merchandise and special promotions.
