ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
We design and manufacture our own handbags and accessories, as well as shoes and apparel. We also carry select merchandise we curate directly from artisans we believe in. Our vintage and antique pieces, including books, jewelry, and decorative objects are curated and carefully inspected by our team.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server. State tax will be added to any orders where such taxes are required by law.
Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has gone into production and that your card has been charged. Orders placed before 5 P.M.(PST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive another email once the item has shipped with tracking information. If you require that an order be rushed, please contact email@example.com so that we can coordinate with you the appropriate delivery service.
Fonfrège offers free shipping on any order of $200 or more (before any discounts have been applied) however this does not apply to items that are returned for a refund or exchange.
All apparel, shoes, bags and accessories ship throughout the world and the continental United States. Certain home décor, art, and antiques are subject to shipping restrictions for reason of size and/or value. Please read the individual product page for details about item shipment.
Unless otherwise specified, we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. Please note that most orders will require a signature upon delivery unless you specify otherwise. UPS will attempt to deliver to your address 3 times. Fonfrège is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Customers can select to “ship with no signature required” at checkout.
Should you waive signature upon delivery, USPS, UPS nor Fonfrège can be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door. USPS and UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Very occasionally UPS experiences shipping delays. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges in these circumstances as UPS does not refund these charges to us.
We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials whenever possible.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipment. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will make every effort to replace your item (unless it is one-of-a-kind, in which case we will provide a refund) and reship as soon as USPS or UPS has obtained possession and inspected the original package. We will send the replacement product(s) as soon as they are available for shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our handbags and accessories, you may return it to us for a return, exchange, or online store credit by notifying us within 10 days of receiving the item.
New items that must be in resalable condition, sealed in their original packaging and with all original tags. We cannot accept returns on opened packages of soaps, fragrances, or candles.
Vintage items carry different restrictions for returns and exchanges. Please note the following:
For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, we cannot accept returns on earrings. All other vintage jewelry may be returned or exchanged with original packaging and tags by notifying us within 10 days of your receipt of the item. All vintage home décor items are final sale. Vintage art pieces including paintings and sculpture may be returned within 10 days of notifying us of your receipt of the item.
Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note that online store credits will expire after one (1) year.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item. Please include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted.
Fonfrège is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We encourage you to pack and reseal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend using UPS or FedEx and insuring the item for its full value.
Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to ensure it is not stained or has been used to any extent that will prohibit it from being resold. If the item passes inspection the return will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with either your online store credit information or an order confirmation for the item you requested in exchange.
